Our Automatic Peek Filament Production Line for 3D Printer is designed to provide high precision and efficient production of Peek filaments. The production flow includes the following steps:

 

• Raw plastic material is mixed and then processed through an extruder and mould.


• The formed filaments pass through a wind tank for shaping and a water tank for cooling.


• The diameter of the filaments is measured using a laser gauge.


• The filaments are then pulled by a traction machine and stored in an accumulator.


• Finally, the filaments are automatically wound using a winding machine.


 

 

The entire production line is driven by a servo motor and precision gearbox, ensuring stable extrusion running and accurate speed control. The line is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system for high precision control. Additionally, an Automatic Feedback System is incorporated for enhanced efficiency. The centralized control of devices through a computer screen makes operation easy.
