• Raw plastic material is mixed and then processed through an extruder and mould.


• The material is then passed through a wind tank for forming and a water tank for cooling.


• The diameter of the filament is measured using a laser gauge.


• The filament is pulled by a traction machine and stored in an accumulator.


• Finally, the filament is automatically wound using a winding machine.


 

 

The whole line is driven by a servo motor and precision gearbox, ensuring stable extrusion running and accurate speed control. The Siemens PLC control system provides high precision control. The line also features an Automatic Feedback System for improved production efficiency. All devices are centrally controlled through a computer screen, making operation easy.
