Pet PP PE Cold Cutting Plastic Recycling Granulating Machine
Feature:
1. The granulating unit is especially for PE PP PS PA PET film and solid material recycling and granulating;

3. The general process of this whole production line is as following: Putting into the feeder----Extruding ---- water cooling ---- drying----cutting into granulator;
4. By regulating the rotation speed of extruder and altering screw structure it is applicable to manufacture different plastic profile, like PE PP PS ABS;
5. This pelletizering machine is used to granulate PET flakes especially. It can make granules from PET flakes, film or bottles and so on. Our capacity is from 20kg/h to 300kg/h;
6. With rotation feeder, the PET flakes will get into the screw even and continuously. Our motors, tempreture controller and inverters are adopted world famous brand, such as Siemense, Omron, RKC, and so on. Our screw and barrels are 38CrMoALA, nitrogen treatment.
